Customer Reviews

I stayed here for 4 nights and had a wonderful time. The hotel itself and the are lovely with gardens everywhere and with the infinity pool overlooking the beach being the central point of the hotel. I stayed in the Garden Room with views of the garden and pool and the room was very large, had a great bathroom and I have to say, the staff here were extremely attentive and sweet, bringing a good night message and biscuits to my room each night. It’s little touches like that, that set hotels apart from others. The restaurants were all good, in particular the Thai restaurant Soi14. I would love to return and would recommend to anyone. We were thrilled with the Dusit Princess during our stay in Phu Quoc. The service and amenities were excellent. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable (including the beds) and the balcony was a bonus. The 2 resort restaurants were fabulous too. There was a band playing music poolside every evening which really added to our experience. The pool was lovely with a swim up bar and plenty of sun loungers - lots of these were in the shade which was great. The sun sets right at the beach end of the pool which was absolutely magic. There were also a lot of sun loungers on the beach - although we didn't use these or swim in the ocean. The complimentary bus service to and from the main part of town and the night market was great.....if the bus times aren't convenient a taxi is cheap enough (use Vinasun). There are lots of nice restaurants within walking distance and a couple of convenience stores. All in all we LOVED our stay at the Dusit Princess and would thoroughly recommend it to couples and families! Kellie, Australia - TripAdvisor.

This was our first visit to Phu Quoc. We really enjoyed our time at this hotel. The location was right on a beautiful beach, the sunsets were amazing. The grounds were perfectly manicured and a big pool with a swim up bar. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. There are two restaurants, one was Thai the other was mainly Western foods with some Vietnamese food, we feel there could have been more Vietnamese options available. The room was large and very comfortable, ours with a view overlooking the beach. The prices were very reasonable and they had a daily happy hour. Would highly recommend - TripAdvisor.
