PAYMENT
Flight: Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Accommodation: Full payment is due at 45 days prior to arrival date.
Bookings will be cancelled if payments are not received by the due date(s).
Payment can be made via bank transfer or credit cards.
CANCELLATION
Confirmed bookings must be cancelled by the party leader in writing (by email) and this will only be effective once the written cancellation is confirmed by ATA Holidays. Cancellation will be subject to a fee of $50 per person in addition to Third-Party Travel Provider fees as below:

Accommodation:
Normal Season
• within 30 days prior to arrival or shorten-stay or no show - 100% of total cost.
High Season
• within 45 days prior to arrival or shorten-stay or no show - 100% of total cost.
AMENDMENT
Any amendments to confirmed bookings must be requested by the party leader in writing (by email). Whilst we will endeavour to assist, we cannot guarantee that requests will be met. If we can make the requested change, you will be provided with a quote detailing any additional costs, whether incurred due to your amendments, imposed by Third-Party Travel Providers, or our amendment fees. In all cases, the following amendment fees shall apply:
Flight: a charge of $50 per person per amendment.
Accommodation:
Normal Season
• More than 30 days prior to arrival: a charge of $50 per person per amendment.
• Within 30 days prior to arrival: the above standard cancellation fees will apply, and full price will apply to new travel arrangements.
High Season
• More than 45 days prior to arrival: a charge of $50 per amendment.
• Within 45 days prior to arrival: the above standard cancellation fees will apply, and full price will apply to new travel arrangements.
No cancellation or amendment fees shall be applied in cases where changes arise due to a breach of contractual obligations or an error on the part of ATA Holidays, or when such changes are made by a Third-Party Travel Provider through no fault of the customer.
