Journey through time on the vessel’s 1930’s design, wandering down hallways framed with historic mementos and stories to learn about this iconic period of Vietnamese history. 20 luxurious suites further this theme with their high ceilings, hand-painted mosaic tiles, four-poster colonial beds, panoramic full-length windows, and original artwork. Onboard the ship, guests benefit from a multitude of dining opportunities with two restaurants, indoor and outdoor lounges, a wine cellar, and pool bar to choose from, as well as recreational fun in the form of a spa, swimming pool, library, and gym. Art lovers are especially in for a treat as an art gallery featuring original works from renowned painter Pham Luc can also be enjoyed at any time during the cruise.

I have been in Halong for many times, this cruise moves to top notch. Only our family on thi cruise with few others Britons and Australian travelers. Heritage Cruises is a destination of discovery in itself: paintings, pool,bars, 2 restaurants,2 spas, we Cruises back to the tim e and touched Vietnam's heritage. We have explored, discovered, immersed in local culture and relaxed in the natural wonder.i liked all outdoor activities and on board. Crazy with egg coffew in the creative serving' loved it a lot. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time on board Heritage cruise with our 11 month baby. The boat is beautifully decorated, the itinerary well thought out and the staff were incredibly welcoming and did everything they could to make our time on board comfortable and enjoyable. We only wish we had booked another few nights on board as we truly loved it! We would definitely recommend Heritage cruises to anyone looking for a memorable stay at Halong Bay. Meg - TripAdvisor

By far the best part of our 15 days trip in Vietnam. I regret We have only expend one night , we didn’t want to get off the cruise. Everything was so good, wonderful rooms, the service and people on board were so kind and polite. Too good for so little time. Booking Conditions

PAYMENTS

A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total booking is required within three days from the date of confirmation. The balance payment is due at 45 days prior to embarkation date. For bookings made less than 45 days, full payment is required. Bookings will be cancelled if payments are not received by the due date(s).

Payment can be made via bank transfer or credit cards. In addition to the total payable amount, credit card payments will incur a merchant fee of 2.5% for MasterCard and Visa, 3% for American Express. Any bank charges and merchant fees must be covered by the customer.

CANCELLATIONS

Confirmed bookings must be cancelled by the party leader in writing (by email) and this will only be effective once the written cancellation is confirmed by ATA Holidays. Cancellation by the party leader will be subject to the following cancellation fees from the date the written cancellation is received:

For bookings of up to 05 cabins

• more than 15 days prior to embarkation date - 10% of total cost

• between 8 and 15 days prior to embarkation date - 50% of total cost

• between 4 and 7 days prior to embarkation date - 75% of total cost

• within 3 days prior to embarkation date or “no show” - 100% of total cost.

For bookings of 06 cabins to 10 cabins

• more than 30 days prior to embarkation date - 10% of total cost

• between 16 and 30 days prior to embarkation date - 50% of total cost

• between 8 and 15 days prior to embarkation date - 75% of total cost

• within 7 days prior to embarkation date or “no show” - 100% of total cost.

AMENDMENTS

Any amendments to confirmed bookings must be requested by the party leader in writing (by email). Whilst we will endeavor to assist, we cannot guarantee that requests will be met. If we can make the requested change, you will be provided with a quote detailing any additional costs, whether incurred due to your amendments, imposed by a Third-Party Travel Provider, or our amendment fees. In all cases, the following amendment fees shall apply:

For bookings of up to 05 cabins

• If amendments are made more than 15 days prior to embarkation date: the first amendment is free of charge. From the second amendment: a charge of A$50 per amendment.

• If amendments are made within 15 days prior to embarkation date: the above standard cancellation fees will apply, and full price will apply to new travel arrangements.

For bookings of 06 cabins to 10 cabins

• If amendments are made more than 30 days prior to embarkation date: the first amendment is free of charge. From the second amendment: a charge of A$50 per amendment.

• If amendments are made within 30 days prior to embarkation date: the above standard cancellation fees will apply, and full price will apply to new travel arrangements.

We will not charge any cancellation/amendment fees if it is due to a breach by us of any of our obligations or due to our fault; or if the Third-Party Travel Provider amends your booking through no fault of the customer.

COVID-19 RELATED POLICIES

If you can’t travel as a direct result of Covid-19 related matters, ATA Holidays will:

• allow you to change the dates of your holiday; or

• offer you a credit for another holiday, minus any unrecoverable costs imposed by Third-Party Travel Providers; or

• give you a refund, minus any unrecoverable costs imposed by Third-Party Travel Providers.

This policy is only valid if the ability to travel is beyond your control. You are required to provide reasonable documentation confirming that your inability to travel is due to Covid-19 related matters. For cancellations or modifications due to reasons not related to Covid-19, our standard policies as stipulated in our terms and conditions apply.
