BRG Golf has officially inaugurated the Canyon Course at Legend Valley Country Club, marking a major milestone in the expansion of its integrated golf, resort, and entertainment destination in northern Vietnam.
Designed by Nicklaus Design, the new 18-hole Canyon Course complements the existing Rose Course and moves Legend Valley closer to becoming a fully realized 36-hole international-standard golf complex. The development further reinforces BRG’s leadership in Vietnam’s premium golf sector while supporting the province’s vision for high-quality tourism growth.
Proven Success of the Rose Course
Since its opening three years ago, the Rose Course has recorded impressive performance, hosting nearly 120 tournaments and welcoming more than 121,000 rounds of golf. The course has successfully staged prestigious events such as the Tien Phong Golf Championship and the BRG Legend Golf Festival, helping establish Legend Valley as a premier destination for both domestic and international golfers.
Canyon Course Showcases Dramatic Natural Terrain
The Canyon Course has been thoughtfully designed to capitalize on the site’s striking natural landscape, delivering a visually spectacular and strategically engaging golfing experience.
Among its standout features is Hole 6, the signature “Canyon” hole, where preserved natural rock cliffs create a rare and memorable challenge rarely seen within Vietnam’s golf landscape.
Hole 9, stretching nearly 470 yards, offers sweeping panoramic views across the valley, including the Legend Valley Hotel, Brightpark amusement park, and the Rose Course. The routing winds through rocky gorges, valleys, and lakes, demanding both precision and strategic course management from players.
Strategically positioned bunkers protect key landing areas and greens throughout the course, while undulating putting surfaces require refined speed control and shot execution. All playing surfaces are maintained to international standards, ensuring consistent course quality and playing conditions year-round.
Beyond Legend Valley Country Club, BRG Golf also owns and manages several of Vietnam’s most recognized championship-level golf destinations, including BRG Kings Island Golf Resort and BRG Legend Hill Golf Resort in Hanoi, as well as Legend Danang Golf Resort in Danang. Together, these world-class properties reinforce BRG’s growing reputation as one of Vietnam’s leading golf developers and operators, delivering premium golf experiences across the country’s key tourism destinations.
